Professional Intensive Outpatient Program Rehab | AspenRidge

Professional Intensive Outpatient Program

One of the most important aspects of group therapy is connecting and relating to others in the program. That’s why AspenRidge Recovery offers two Intensive Outpatient Programs–Community IOP and Professional IOP–designed to provide the right level of care and connect you with a group of recovering professionals with similar life experiences. Learn more about our Colorado addiction programs below.

What is Professional Intensive Outpatient Program?

We’ve designed our PIOP to create a supportive therapeutic environment for working professionals. Typically, the individuals in the program are working professionals, but everyone is assigned to groups based on individual circumstances. By connecting individuals with similar life experiences, it strengthens the group dynamics. When the group functions better, the outcomes improve, and clients build stronger foundations for recovery.

Our community PIOP lasts up to 90-days and is an ideal option if you are transitioning from a residential treatment program or a partial hospitalization program.

How is it different?

PIOP delivers the same quality of care with evening therapy sessions, so you can work regular hours and still receive treatment for addiction, and mental health, and trauma. The Topics of discussion focus on those relevant to working adults as well as broader therapeutic concerns. Our PIOP program has an increased emphasis on the problems facing professionals in recovery.

Why It Works

The program provides structure and continued care while individuals gain a better understanding of the root causes of their addiction. During Evening IOP, people can work, attend school, and fulfill their family obligations. At this point in treatment, people begin to develop confidence in their sobriety and continue working on the path to recovery.
