Millions of Americans struggle with addiction, and each person needs treatment, whether they want to admit it or not. However, there are other factors at play. For example, what type of addiction does this person have? How long have they been battling their addiction? Do they have a co-occurring disorder? Each of the answers to these questions impacts the person’s treatment programs. At Aspenridge, we offer a variety of treatment program options. Furthermore, our treatment programs are available for you when you’re ready to seek treatment. To learn more about our Colorado drug and alcohol rehab programs, call (855) 281-5588 today.
In house transitional program, otherwise known as PHP, is an excellent option for people who have responsibilities in the evening. During the day, you will spend your time at the Aspenridge facility. There, you will build coping skills and attend therapy programs. However, at night, you may go home to your family.
During an intensive outpatient program, you will attend therapy a few times a week, but you can also stay involved in your everyday life. During our treatment programs, we offer a variety of options for IOP.
- REACH Online Intensive Outpatient Program: This 12-week session meets three times a week online. Through your computer or smartphone, access our telehealth program. This program is perfect if you can’t reach Aspenridge due to distance, family responsibilities, or anxiety.
- Community Intensive Outpatient Program: If you’re transitioning out of an inpatient or a PHP treatment, this may be the ideal next step. During this 6 to 12-week program, you’ll begin the transition back into your daily life. It allows you to work through challenges connecting with your friends and family.
- Professional Intensive Outpatient Program: Over twelve weeks, this program gives working adults an environment where you can focus on building your recovery in the workplace. You can address topics such as stress management, creating a work-life balance, and rebuilding trust with partners and family.
Whether you can travel to AspenRidge or you need to maintain a presence at work, we have an IOP program for you.
We intend our outpatient treatment program for someone who has already completed a higher level of rehab. During an outpatient program, you attend therapy once every week or two. You don’t need as much support, and you can focus on maintaining your sobriety during your day to day life.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Mental illnesses and addiction often go hand in hand. Sometimes, addiction leads to mental health problems, such as depression or anxiety. Other times, mental health causes a person to drink or use drugs. Experts call this condition a co-occurring disorder. Whatever is the case for you, it is imperative to treat both your addiction and your mental illness at the same time. Through dual diagnosis treatment, we can do that. Our treatment programs address a variety of mental health issues, including:
- Bipolar disorder
During our treatment programs, we use a variety of therapeutic options to treat addiction and mental illnesses. Some of these options will be evidence-based treatments. These are therapeutic methods that addiction and psychological health professionals have tested and researched, so they know it works. Other options will be holistic. Holistic therapies treat your mind, body, and soul, which addiction has affected in some way.
