COVID-19 UPDATE: ASPENRIDGE TEMPORARILY MOVING IOP & OP CLIENTS TO TELEHEALTH
A Letter from AspenRidge CEO, Ethan Castro
I am reaching out to our entire community to address the evolving global spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). There is nothing more important to us at AspenRidge Recovery than the health and safety of our clients and staff members, so I wanted to share the steps we’re taking to do our part:
AspenRidge has chosen to temporarily transition our in-person IOP and OP programs online as a precautionary measure for our clients, staff and the community. We do not have any confirmed cases of COVID-19, but want to comply with the CDC and Governor Polis’ recommendation to utilize telehealth to limit contact and proactively prevent the spread of viral illness.
We have been successfully running AspenRidge REACH, our online IOP program, for months and have seen the same great results as our in-person IOP programs. Our online treatment includes individual, group, and family sessions, case management, and psychiatrist visits completely online through HIPAA compliant video (Zoom). Our clients will continue to see the same therapists, work with the same groups, and complete UA’s remotely via DNA matching.
AspenRidge is currently the only provider offering this service in the state of Colorado. Please give us a call at (970) 818-5287 if you have any questions about our online treatment programs.
Based on the guidance we’ve received and the actions we’ve taken to step up infection control practices, our PHP treatment will remain in-person. We have increased frequency and rigor of cleaning and sanitizing our residences, transport vans and centers as well as implemented company procedures and protocol to minimize risk of infection in our daytime program.
As this situation continues to evolve, we will closely monitor guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health officials. We will continue to rely on their recommendations and expertise to inform our decisions.
CEO, AspenRidge Recovery
