COVID-19 Safety Measures | AspenRidge Recovery & Addiction Treatment
covid 19 updates

coronavirus updatesAs we monitor the COVID-19 data and local and federal government responses, we feel it is essential to take proactive measures to keep our clients, staff, and community partners safe. Out of an abundance of caution, we are implementing stricter protocols for the five weeks from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day and will reassess in January of 2021. We believe these temporary measures are necessary to prevent new infections, but we want to ensure that we continue to provide our clients with the best possible care they need and deserve.

Temporary Protocols

  • Admissions and COVID testing:
    • ALL clients will be tested at intake or accept a negative test result from a Colorado testing site administered within 24-hours of admission.
    • Out-of-state clients will provide proof of testing with negative results before making travel arrangements. Clients must also be tested within 24 hours of admission or out-of-state arrival and wear a mask until a negative result is received.
    • Extra precautions will be taken to separate new Day Program admissions from existing clients until we receive a negative result.
  • Clients in our Day Program program will continue receiving services at the center, and we will use teleconferencing technology when needed.
  • Family/sponsor visits: Families and sponsors may continue to visit and follow the screening, distancing, and mask protocols.
  • 5-Day IOP and OP are 100% virtual until the new year at all locations.
  • Drug and Alcohol Screening
    • AspenRidge Recovery will arrange and designate specific times for clients to test at the centers, ensuring zero person-to-person contact.
