Day IOP Program - Intensive Outpatient | Colorado Drug & Alcohol Rehab

Navigating the different programs available for substance use and mental health treatment can be challenging. You might be wondering what an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is and if that level of care is right for you. Addiction and mental treatment plans need to be personalized for each person’s situation. At AspenRidge Recovery, we offer a continuum of care focused on transitioning clients through different levels, which provides better and sustainable long-term recovery.

What Is An Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Day Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides 15 hours per week of intensive therapy in group and individual settings and access to our optional sober living homes. Individuals in our care can work in the evenings and have access to our optional sober living homes to transition into a supportive environment.

Why It Works

The Day IOP Program allows clients a safe and accountable way to test their skills in real-world situations while still having a supportive team to rely upon. It’s during this part of treatment where individuals can really dig into the underlying causes of addiction and develop new coping mechanisms and address the underlying causes of substance use. It’s more flexible than PHP and our treatment professionals are present to help troubleshoot potential problems and identify roadblocks. Clients will also start to connect with our Alumni Coordinator, who leads workshops on resume building, budgeting, and future sober living options.

AspenRidge Day IOP Treatment Locations

We have a treatment center and recovery residences available in Fort Collins and for individuals living in the Denver area, we also have a location in Lakewood. Both rehab center locations provide the same outstanding treatment and care services.
